domestic shipping

all orders will be processed in 2 - 3 business days. items will be shipped via ups / USPS and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. UPS does not ship to a po box. please make sure your order is shipping to a secure address as once the package has been delivered we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. for any special or urgent request please email us at customercare@karathomsboutique.com.
 

domestic return policy
we offer free returns for items in new condition with tags still attached in original packaging within 14 days of when the order was placed. we do not offer REFUNDS. WE ONLY OFFER REFUNDS IF THE GARMENT IS FAULTY BEYOND REPAIR OR IF AN ALTERNATE SIZE IN THE SAME STYLE IS UNAVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE. If you wish to return an item you will be SENT A STORE CREDIT CODE less the original shipping cost once the item is received. you may place a new order at anytime. 

Your item will be shipped to you with a pre paid ups return shipping label. please attach this label to the original packaging and seal. please fill out the reason for your return on the original packing slip. it is very important to include a copy with your return so we can identify your order. please drop package at the nearest ups location. Go to www.ups.com/dropoff for locations.

within 3 days of receiving your return we will send you an email WITH YOUR STORE CREDIT CODE. confirming that your return was processed.

 


INternational shipping

calculated at checkout using USPS shipping method

your shipment will be processed within 2-3 business days. we ship world wide via uSps and offer tracking.  tracking details will be emailed once your package is on its way. please make sure your order is being shipped to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct address we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
 

international returns

If you wish to return an item you must email us at customercare@karathomsboutique.com within 7 days of receiving the item. all returns must be in new condition, with tags attached in original packaging. all sale items are final. we do not offer REFUNDS. you are responsible for the international shipping charges. please be sure to get international tracking and email us the tracking details once you have shipped the item. within 3 days of our receiving your return we will send you an email WITH YOUR STORE CREDIT CODE confirmation that your return was processed. 


gift return policy

we do not offer refunds for items received as gifts.

however, we do offer store credit towards a purchase of a new item. to make arrangements to return items received as a gifts please email customercare@karathomsboutique.com
